• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
• Preferably specializing in Quantity Surveying for high-rise residential buildings
• High integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently, and disciplined

• Willing to travel and work outstation
• Able to communicate in English and Malay

Job Description:

1. Construction cost management
2. Preparation of cost estimation/project budget/cash flow based on preliminary or detailed design
3. Preparation of bill of quantities (BQ)/tender documents and inviting contractors to tender for the project
4. Involvement in tender evaluation and interviews
5. Preparation of contract documents/letters of award for the tendered project
6. Preparation of progress claims/progress certificates
7. Conducting site valuation
8. Sourcing quotations from sub-contractors of various trades and evaluating quotations for awarding sub-contracts
9. Pre and post-contract administration and control

Job Description:

1. Take instructions from the Management or Project Manager for site works
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site activities
3. Manage daily site work for general laborers
4. Receive and record material deliveries
5. Ensure all delivered materials are counted and accurate in quantity
6. Protect materials from sun, rain, and theft
7. Prepare daily and monthly site progress reports
8. Record daywork by general laborers and rental machinery
9. Prepare or verify subcontractor monthly claims
10. Conduct site meetings with subcontractors and consultants
